Co-President

Ann’s career has included experience in Tertiary Health Care, Community Mental Health and National Mental Health Policy and Research.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandon University, Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Western Ontario, and Masters of Social Work from the University of Calgary.  Ann has held varying positions working as a Mental Health Therapist, a Clinical Team Leader, and several management positions in health and mental health.  She has been instrumental in program development, operations management, policy and research as well as several project management processes.  She recently retired from the role of Provincial Director, Child, Youth and Family Initiatives, Provincial Addiction & Mental Health, Alberta Health Services.  Ann is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta (A.C.S.W.) and is a supervisory member of the Social Work Clinical Registry.
